Three toasts for the first warm Saturday

There is a particular Saturday, somewhere in late spring, when the morning is finally warm enough to open the kitchen window while the kettle works. This is a menu for that Saturday. Three toasts, one jar of Jam Pact, and no reason to hurry back inside.
01 · The Classic
Thick-cut sourdough, toasted darker than feels polite. Salted butter while it's hot, then tart-cherry Jam Pact spread to the edges — always to the edges. Eat it standing at the counter; that's part of the recipe.
02 · The Breakfast Proper
A swirl of pomegranate Jam Pact through plain yogurt, spooned over rye toast. It looks like something from a café that misspells "toast" on purpose, and it carries 11g of fiber without mentioning it.
03 · The Company Toast
Ricotta, a generous layer of jam, lemon zest, flaky salt. This is the one you make when someone stays for breakfast — it takes ninety seconds and looks like you fussed.
