Shipping & returns.

Shipping

Orders are packed within 2–4 business days and shipped across the United States. Shipping rates will be confirmed with launch. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves the pantry.

Returns

Unopened jars may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened but unloved? Write to us anyway — we would rather make it right than have a jar sit unhappily on your counter.

Damaged or lost parcels

If something arrives broken or goes missing along the way, send a note (a photo helps) to hello@dayli.co and we'll send a replacement on the house.
