One scoop into a small jar with 4 ounces of dark red juice — tart cherry and pomegranate are the house favorites — plus the sweetener of your choice. Stir well, wait two minutes, and psyllium and chia set it into real, spreadable preserves. No cooking, no pectin, no tricks.

Like the juice you build her with — bright, fruit-forward, a proper jam texture. Tart cherry tastes like a cellar shelf in August; pomegranate runs a little deeper.

Jam Pact was crafted to be enjoyed by the whole family. To little hands it is simply jam. As with anything new, start small — and for very young children, ask your pediatrician first.

Jam Pact carries 11g of fiber per serving from seven whole plants. Dayli-Lyte carries 5g alongside four minerals — the only electrolyte we know of that brings fiber at all.

Real fibers, introduced slowly. Start with half a scoop for the first week and let the garden adjust. She works in rhythms, not rescues.

The first jars are almost ready. Join the waitlist and we'll write the moment they ship — waitlist friends get the first jars, in order of joining.

Our 42-page digital handbook on fiber — which foods carry it, how to close the fiber gap, and how to build a ritual you will actually keep. It comes free with your first order.
